so, yeah. i learned a lot creating this piece! 🙊 i saw some fake news on social media somewhere in which someone was celebrating sweetest day eating ice cream. so i googled a bit to make sure sweetest day is a thing to find out it IS a thing but the post i saw was interpreted in a unique, rather sexy fashion. (pretty sure the girl had whipped cream smeared all over herself… 😜)

Sweetest Day is now defined as a holiday celebrated mainly for men. it falls on the third Saturday in October every year. however, it seems that it’s current version drifted a bit from the original intention of the day…

anyways, i decided to share this post anyways with a #mentalhealthawareness twist. when we do something nice for others, we can’t help but feel uplifted ourselves. i hope you find a sweet way to celebrate #sweetestday this Saturday. i have a particular old lady that i know and want to sprinkle some love on her doorstep. 🌈✨
