what makes your feelings feel valid? do you talk things out with someone or keep things more to yourself? who is your most trusted advisor? even if you spend time with a fur baby or an online anonymous chat group or a tumbleweed – make sure to verbally express emotions on a regular basis. by stating feelings, we validate our own selves making our thoughts feel valuable.
