so, yeah. i learned a lot creating this piece! 🙊 i saw some fake news on social media somewhere in which someone was celebrating sweetest day eating ice cream. so i googled a bit to make sure sweetest day is a thing to find out it IS a thing but the post i saw was interpreted in a unique, rather sexy fashion. (pretty sure the girl had whipped cream smeared all over herself… 😜)

my postcard album came in the mail yesterday! it was enjoyable putting my first little test postcards into the binder. watching the evolution of my little project here should be fun. i have learned a bit about postcard quality and ink and all the fun elements that come with trying to develop a quality product to send out.
goals this week include prepping one year of designs aka 12 positive mental health mantra postcards to send out. also, i will be setting up the subscription service! numbers on my platforms are growing so i don’t want to miss any opportunity to share messages of hope and awareness with people.

i am vocal about seeking professional mental health assistance. if our physical bodies are out of shape, we hire a physical trainer. if our minds our out of sync, we need therapists. i have one that challenges me to grow. as a #parent i think having a #parentingcoach for your #family is a great idea. i am a #singlemom so that amplifies my need to have another person to talk things through with.
