today’s mantra: i will find center in the middle of whatever space i am in.
sometimes i just feel lost in space…the world spins around me passing by. i’m inside a glass bubble watching everyone around me living breathing smiling. here is sit.
how about you? have you defined your purpose? do you know what your blueprint is? do you know the path from point a (here and now) to your next point b? or c? or z?
i meditate so that my mind cannot complicate my life.
Sri Chinmoy,Indian spiritual leader
sometimes it’s mandatory to take time to pause, reflect, plan, and meditate. when everything is rushing around us seemingly out of control, we can regain by taking a few moments to recalibrate.
today’s mantra:i am full of passion for [insert passion]. i will carve out time today to enjoy one activity that stimulates happy brain chemicals. 🤗
one passion i love to spend time on lately is playing the piano. my piano is out of tune and a couple keys don’t work right now but i still find happiness when i sit down to play and sing.
what is one hobby activity that you do that brings all the endorphins rushing?

today’s mantra: i will love others today like tomorrow is a gift. 💝
i read a line in a book i started reading – it asked if we are going through life as if it is a dress rehearsal. i thought about that. in some ways, yes, it feels like it. like we are waiting for someone to rescue us or to sprinkle a million dollars all around or to hand us the magic wand that will undo all that we’ve done. 💥 surprise! 💥 we are in the thick of act two of The Play Called Your Life right now. act three may be short. or long. or…who knows?
your purpose in life is to find your purpose and give your whole soul to it.
Buddha,teacher

i have just three things to teach: simplicity, patience, compassion. these three are your greatest treasures.
Lao Tzu,Chinese philosopher
today i will allow it to be a simple, uncomplicated day. i will be at peace with myself. i will find only love in my relationships. i will choose to be a light seeker in the roles i play throughout this day.
