today’s mantra: i love me. 🦄

well hello there! this is me. i just wanted to say hi and tell you a tiny bit about me. i am a single momma to beautiful babies. i work a busy day job. i love to write and read especially poetry like #shelsilverstein and #drsuess (and #bukowski but that’s my alter ego talking…). i dislike most tv but LOVE the office and longmire. 🤔 i always have a new idea for something to try or use or do…i am currently trying to build my little unicorn city here as it is my favorite place to be right now. this scene in particular reminds me of the final world in #shangchi !!! #iykyk

i have a passion for talking about mental health issues. i want to be a part of a movement that brings acceptance, awareness, and assistance to those suffering from mental health infirmities. i want to create relatable characters for adults and children. ☔️

How you love yourself is how you teach others to love you.

also, rainbows. 🌈 i have included rainbows in my art to support diversity and inclusivity of all kinds…sexual orientation, race, gender status, weirdness…all unicorns welcome! 🙏🏽

one thing i have learned in my writings and life experience is that the #lgbtq community is SO SUPPORTIVE of each other. truly, love is the guiding principle in lgbtq groups and forums. i want to be a part of spreading real love for others no matter their status, religion, etc etc. hoomans loving hoomans. 🤍

i am vocal about seeking professional mental health assistance. if our physical bodies are out of shape, we hire a physical trainer. if our minds our out of sync, we need therapists. i have one that challenges me to grow. as a #parent i think having a #parentingcoach for your #family is a great idea. i am a #singlemom so that amplifies my need to have another person to talk things through with. HBU?

Your self worth is determined by you. You don’t have to depend on someone to tell you who you are.

today i love me. it’s been a long journey to that statement. life has it’s twists and turns ups and downs as you well know. i hope you are at a stage where you can say “i love me” and mean it and believe it. if not, that’s okay. it’s a process, a journey. we’ll work on ourselves together, mmmkayy?

so that’s a little about me! thx so much for following along!
